At The Maine House Group, we strongly believe in the personal and professional development of all of our employees. Therefore, all of our staff has been developed and promoted from within. All of our employees start at an entry-level account representative position and advance through merit and performance. All promotions and advances are given solely on performance as opposed to tenure or seniority. This method enables us to always have a high performing and competitive staff willing to help others in betterment of the team.
All entry-level account representatives will be taught and developed in the area of sales and marketing. They will undergo an intensive development regimen geared towards the improvement of communication skills and priority management. They will learn the psychology of sales as well as methods to help increase closing percentages.
Upon completion of this initial phase, account representatives will be promoted into an account executive position geared more towards the leadership aspect of business. Account Executives will be developed in the areas of campaign management, administration, public speaking, business coaching, and advanced time and priority management. Once the candidate can prove to be highly competent in all of these aspects, they will be moved into an Assistant Manager position.
All of our Assistant Managers will undergo the final phase of development before becoming managers, by attending various renowned seminars. Our assistant managers will be flown to various cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas to attend seminars pertaining to business development, time and priority management, business finance, and corporate laws pertaining to operating a business. Assistant Managers will learn business administration, human resources, event planning, business financials, and will focus on market expansion.
Once our Assistant Manager completes all aspects of development, The Maine House Group will begin negotiations and research for expansion to new markets. Managers will be in charge of running the newly opened branch, and will have full reign to operate the office in a way to drive high performance results.
